A note of thanks for the professional job you did on our carpet. We appreciate your prompt response to getting an estimate, scheduling an appointment and returning for a follow up. The outcome is very satisfactory. We still cannot believe that the blue nail polish imbedded in our daughter's room for over a year was removed without a trace. At first your estimate seemed extremely high. The results are definitely worth the expense. In the past, the $99 deals still showed spots after drying. We appreciate, too, the care taken by your employees, your personal note and followup phone call.
