Last September you cleaned our carpets for the first time and sent us a questionnaire to comment on the results. In the past when we have had our carpets cleaned, they always looked great for the next few weeks, and slowly the old stains and spots seemed to reappear. So, I'm cautious now when asked to evaluate the work. It's been five months since you were here and my carpets still look wonderful! We're very pleased!
